At Chamva, we're dedicated to giving our cherished clients premium products. Since your satisfaction is our top priority, we want to make sure you understand the following return and refund policies.

Disclaimer:

We don't accept returns or exchanges for merchandise because you're not happy with the fit or style. Before ordering larger quantities, we advise testing smaller ones to make sure the quality meets your demands. There is no such thing as a perfect product in this sector of used apparel. Up to 15% of grade B, including small holes or persistent stains, is permitted in each mix. Orders include washable stains as well, because we don't wash any clothing.

No Refunds or Returns:

We don't take returns or give refunds for any products. By using this website to make a purchase, you understand and accept the no-refund policy. restricted exclusion.  Having said that, we have always had a policy of taking corrective action when we dispatch an incorrect category or too many damaged items. Although extremely rare, mistakes can happen to humans. Please send us pictures of the whole mix that was given if you believe your order contains significantly more than 15%—which is commonly regarded as more than 5% above 15%—damaged items, or if you received the incorrect category. Since maintaining our reputation and satisfying customers will always be our top priorities, we will always make things right. After 30 days, we won't accept ANY exchanges or returns.

Quality and Condition:

Please be advised that the products we sell may include vintage or used items and that there may be variations in their condition. To make sure they suit your needs, we advise trying small quantities before ordering larger numbers. It's critical to realize that we cannot promise that our products will be flawless and that they may have small holes, washable stains, or permanent stains. The clothing was not cleaned before being shipped.

Mistakes and Damaged Items:

If we send too many damaged items or things from the incorrect category, please email us with images of the whole mix that was sent in case we make a mistake. Customer satisfaction is our main priority; therefore, we will do all in our power to make things right.

Order Cancellation:

There is a 10% restocking fee for canceled orders that have already been packaged.

Shipping and Handling Fees Deduction:

There are no refunds for the original purchase's shipping and handling costs.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers must include the following details in order to start a refund request: order number or reference; a thorough description of the problem with photos; and any additional supporting documents or evidence that may be needed and reasonably asked for. If you don't give the required information, your refund request might not be processed right away. Limitation of Liability:

Chamva disclaims all liability for consequential, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or lost profits or losses resulting from or related to your use of our products or services, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. Our obligation will never be greater than the item's purchase price. This limitation of liability is applicable to all claims, regardless of whether they are supported by a contract, warranty, tort, or other legal basis, and regardless of whether we were informed that such damages would occur.

Unauthorized Returns:

Returns of orders without authorization will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Timeframe for Disputes:

Please be aware that after 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Chargeback Policy:

By using our website to complete a purchase, you understand and agree that you will not report any charges to your bank or credit card issuer for breaking this refund and return policy. Chargebacks should only be the final option for disputes that are covered by this policy. Chamva retains the right to file a lawsuit to recover any costs, fees, or damages resulting from a chargeback, including but not limited to the original purchase price, chargeback fees, and legal fees, should you file a chargeback against us in violation of this policy. We pledge to address any problems or queries you may have as soon as possible and fairly by following the steps specified in this refund policy. Before filing a chargeback, we strongly advise you to get in touch with our customer service staff. We are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Refund Process:

The original payment method used for the purchase will get a refund. Please give the refund processing seven days after your request is accepted. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the refund process starts. Refunds may take longer to post to your account, depending on your payment type and banking institution.
